Regulation plays an increasingly important role in our society and is being brought into a wide variety of fields. It is proving to be a credible alternative to legal appeals, which can be long and costly.
At RATP, the Mediation officer offers all customers who have a dispute with the company a free and simple means of appeal. I wanted each and every customer to be aware of the right of appeal made available to them by the company, and to be able to make easy use of it.
