To offer more metros, trams and buses in dedicated lanes. This is what RATP and the public transport partners in Ile-de-France (STIF, State, Region, local authorities, etc.) want to offer Ile-de-France residents in the next few years. RATP is currently involved in a dozen projects as part of a State-Region project contract. The whole company has therefore been mobilised through its engineering, project management and project engineering teams, as well as its regional development agencies to create a dense network similar to that of Paris, to ease travel between suburbs. This project will be carried out throughout Ile-de-France, in collaboration with STIF, the transport organising authority.
