Routes, lost property, service updates, timetables, etc. Our staff is
on hand to answer all your queries from 7am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and
9am to 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.


Lost property that has been handed in to a station or bus terminus can
be returned to its owner by an RATP staff member on the same day. After
three days, please contact the Bureau des Objets Trouvés de la Préfecture de Police (the lost property service for the police headquarters).
