To highlight and promote environmentally-friendly actions as well as inspire new initiatives, the City of Paris has launched an innovative structure called “Acteurs du Paris durable” (Key Contributors to a Sustainable Paris).

At the heart of this initiative is a website, where visitors can discover the environmentally-friendly actions that have already been made in Paris and learn about the key players who were behind these initiatives. The website encourages dialogue and proposes practical tools: guidelines, contacts and a forum where experiences can be shared.

Each daily action can be carried out to improve the quality of Paris’ environment, creating tighter social bonds and generating new jobs.
