Give us your feedback on Vincennes’s driverless shuttle

Since January 2021, RATP Group, the City of Paris, the City of Vincennes, and Île-de-France Mobilités, in partnership with France’s Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), have provided an extended autonomous shuttle service in Vincennes. If you live in Vincennes or use this shuttle, please give us your feedback!

The driverless shuttle trial runs from Porte Jaune to Mairie de Vincennes. Six kilometres have been added to the service since its opening in 2017.
During the curfew, the service runs from 02:00 p.m. to 05:30 p.m. on weekends, using three fully-electric and autonomous French driverless shuttles. In accordance with Covid-19-related health measures, each shuttle can carry up to four passengers. Up to 11 passengers can board under normal circumstances.

The project needs you!

As part of this trial, we are collecting feedback from Vincennes residents and Bois de Vincennes transportation service users. Take some time to answer our questionnaire. Your answers will provide us with more insight into your opinion on driverless shuttles. The survey will remain open until the end of the trial period mid-2022.
