Metro line 11 – works in the first half of 2021

Several closures are planned in the first half of 2021 due to upgrade works on metro line 11. As from Saturday 17 April 2021, traffic will be suspended between Châtelet and Arts et Métiers stations.

As part of its extension to the east, metro line 11 will undergo major upgrade and adaptation works made necessary by changes in the operations system, the arrival of new rolling stock with a shift from 4 to 5 carriages and an expected increase in passenger numbers.

Traffic suspended between Châtelet and Arts et Métiers

Due to upgrade works on the line, there will be no trains between Châtelet and Arts et Métiers from Saturday 17 April to Sunday 2 May inclusive. During this period, Arts et Métiers station becomes the temporary terminus of the line.
