Until October 2022, RATP selected the Regards du Grand Paris exhibition to join its cultural programme “RATP invites”. It presents 39 photographs from 5 different artists, on the theme of the “offbeat moments” that accompany Île-de-France residents’ journeys on the network operated for Île-de-France Mobilités.
These photographs, from the first five years of a national commission running from 2016 to 2026 and entrusted by the Ministry of Culture to Ateliers Médicis and the Centre National des Arts Plastiques (Cnap), present the artists’ views on the evolution of the Grand Paris area. Regards du Grand Paris is an exhibition organised by Ateliers Médicis in collaboration with Cnap, the Magasins Généraux project and the Société du Grand Paris. It can be seen from 24 June to 23 October at Les Magasins Généraux, at the Musée Carnavalet – Histoire de Paris (until 31 December) and at 38 sites throughout Greater Paris.

Through photography, a community art and a form of artistic expression accessible to the widest audience, RATP constantly enriches its passengers’ travel experience by regularly creating moments full of surprises, discoveries and discussion.
