From now until 21 May 2023, the Musée en Herbe and the SNEP (Syndicat national de l’édition phonographique, French union of phonographic publishing) will take you on an interactive journey through the evolution of recorded music with the exhibition “ En avant la Musique! Du phonographe au numérique ”.
Whether you’re 3 or 103 years old, you can travel through time, between vinyl records and streaming platforms, and even take a behind-the-scenes look at music and recording professions through the various immersive exhibits, including a recording and mixing studio.
The exhibition also highlights the close ties between the worlds of music and art through various works, such as numerous artistic record sleeves, a sculpture of Daft Punk by Xavier Veilhan, and the musical works of Jean-Pierre Müller.
To the rhythm of the music, discover 150 years of history with your family, through collector’s items and games of all kinds. A journey that highlights the importance of recorded music in cinema, video games and streaming.
