Sandwich course
Each year, RATP provides work experience for students in sandwich courses: - To facilitate the lasting insertion of young people in the work force, by offering them access to a full-time job contract (CDI), with RATP status, - To encourage recruitment and maintain employment, - To ensure the transmission of expertise and skills between generations.

01. Pre-recruitment programmes

Pre-recruitment programmes encompass two types of training:

  • Qualification training enables you to acquire vocational qualification for an operational profession: metro mobile agent manager, RER station manager, bus driver, track layer, etc. Recruitment takes place all year long depending on the needs of our services and departments.
  • Degree training enables you to obtain a diploma: CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, DUT, Licence pro, Engineering diploma, Masters and the post-graduate Mastère Spécialisé (MS). Recruitment is aligned with the school calendar. Depending on the training programme, applications are accepted between November and July for integration in our teams in September/October.
