FlexCité
FlexCité, 51% subsidiary of RATP Dev, provides local and regional transportation services for persons with reduced mobility.
In the Ile-de-France, FlexCité was chosen by the councils of several departments: Seine-et-Marne (77), Essonne (91), Seine-Saint-Denis (93) and Val-d’Oise (95).
Key figures
FlexCité provides transit services at the request of persons with disabilities on behalf of departments adhering to the network PAM (PAM 77, PAM 91, PAM 93, PAM 95). These services offer door-to-door throughout the Ile-de-France. They are delivered in partnership with the Regional Council and Île-de-France mobilités, the Organising Authority for public transport in the Paris-Île-de-France region, under public contracts concluded with departments.
Vehicles operated by FlexCité are especially adapted to different types of disabilities. Its teams of professionals are specifically trained to meet the needs of travelers and ensure their bookings on request.
Other subsidiaries of RATP Dev, as TP2A in Annemasse (Savoy), offer similar services in addition to their regular lines, with adapted vehicles.
Salève cable car
RATP Dev, alongside Transports Publics Genevois and COMAG, wins the contract to operate and maintain the Salève cable car operation until the end of 2018.
Key figure
In 2014, the service was extended to cover the winter period, to allow the region’s residents to enjoy the site’s activities throughout all seasons. With its mini golf course, snow-trekking excursions and special themed evenings in the panoramic restaurant, last winter the site even revived one of its original attractions, dating back to 1932 - the ice rink! Such initiatives have been a great success, with visitor numbers up 48% since 2013.
