First application:
To apply for an imagine R student travel pass, you must fill out the application form that corresponds to your student status (elementary/high school or higher education), which you can pick up at our ticket and information counters or in the Optile, RATP and SNCF sales agencies in the Ile-de-France region. Send in the completed and signed form along with the required supporting documents, using the attached pre-addressed envelope. After receiving your completed application, Agence imagine R will send you your imagine R Navigo travel pass within a maximum delay of 21 days. NOTE: during the processing of your application (21 days), you are responsible for paying your own transport costs. If you would like to make a claim for expenses engendered because you did not receive your travel pass within the allowed time limit, please contact Agence imagine R.
Renewals:
An imagine R renewal form will be sent to you in May or June. Please fill out the form and return it to us with the required supporting documents. If you do not receive a renewal form, please pick one up at our ticket and information counters, or in the Optile, RATP and SNCF sales agencies in the Ile-de-France region.
