For your cancellation request to be taken into account, you must indicate your client number (indicated on your travel pass) as well as your requested cancellation date. Please note that any month that has begun must be paid for in full. For a cancellation to be effective as of the first day of any given month, your request for cancellation must be received and processed no later than the 20th day of the preceding month. Cancellation requests may also be made at one of our sales agencies, or at a Club RATP counter in the Ile-de-France network. Please bring your annual travel pass with you.
