You cannot change the zones of your annual travel pass online or by mail. Please bring your travel pass to one of our sales agencies or to a Club RATP counter in the Ile-de-France network.
The date of the zone change can either be effective immediately, or deferred until the 1st of the next month. For any month that has started, you will be billed for the highest number of zones.
