The price of the ticket depends on where the journey starts (departure station) and ends (arrival station). The cost of such tickets does not depend on zones, which are reserved for packages.
The point-to-point ticket, also known as the Île-de-France ticket, allows travel between 2 stations (when at least one is outside Paris).
It is valid for journeys by RER, train and tram in the Île-de-France region.
If the journey starts or finishes in Paris or if the route goes through Paris, this ticket includes any metro, train or RER connections in Paris.
The price of this ticket depends on the departure station and the arrival station.
Who is eligible for a reduced fare?
Receive a 50% discount for point-to-point tickets sold individually or in books in the following cases:
- Children aged 4 to 9
- Solidarité Transport discount cardholders
- Holders of blue “large family” cards issued by SNCF
- Disability/CMI cardholders with an additional note “Blind: requires caregiver”
- Holders of ONAC cards with one blue stripe
- Caregivers disability/CMI cardholders without an additional note
- Groups of at least 10 minors under 16 and their accompanying adult* or secondary school students, including final year students, travelling in groups of 10 and accompanied by a teacher*. This reduction is not valid on buses and trams. The accompanying adult must carry a duly completed signed statement.
- Groups of a minimum of 8 children and their accompanying adult travelling on school, extracurricular and after-school outings organised by primary schools or leisure centres hosted by these schools. The accompanying adult must carry a duly completed signed statement.
* The teacher or accompanying adult is also eligible for half-fare travel. For larger groups, an additional accompanying adult is allowed per 10 additional young people or fraction thereof. Note that these group reductions are not valid on buses and trams.
