• If you'd like to travel with a Navigo travel pass without having to stop at an automatic vending machine, you now can! Purchase a ticket and and load it onto your travel pass by holding the card to the back of your phone. Practical, right?

You can purchase tickets via your phone with the following applications:

• "Bonjour RATP"
• Ile-de-France Mobilités
• SNCF
• Transdev

Install
Go to the RATP app, click on "Tickets" at the bottom of the screen and follow the steps. During installation a check will be run to make sure your device is compatible. It only takes a few seconds.

Purchase your ticket
Once you've installed the feature you can purchase tickets from your phone and, depending on your choice, load them:

• Onto your Navigo travel pass (by holding your travel pass to the back of your phone)
• Or onto your phone (available on compatible phones)

AFTER-SALE SERVICE: If you experience any issues:
the app includes an after-sales service section in case you have an issue or need support.

The app "Bonjour RATP" as well as the service for purchasing tickets from your phone are free. You only pay for the tickets you choose to buy. And the t + ticket books sold via this service are at a preferential price compared to the magnetic rate, take advantage of it!

You can purchase the following tickets:

(*) All Zones 1-5 only. You must create a Navigo Connect account to purchase a Navigo Monthly/Weekly travel pass and load it on your phone. (**) Available during peaks in pollution

Not all tickets can be combined on a phone.
You cannot have full-fare t+ and reduced-fare t+ loaded at the same time. However, you can have a Navigo travel pass and t+ tickets at the same time. In that case, when you travel, the equipment will validate your travel pass first until it expires. No ticket will be deducted.
