Yes, and that is why we have set up a social alarm system with the unions, so that we can address the risk of labour unrest as early as possible and strengthen the dialogue with employee representatives.

This system often helps to defuse situations and limit conflicts. Unfortunately, in spite of our efforts, we sometimes fail to prevent strikes, which are particularly disruptive for our passengers.

Once strikes become inevitable, though, we set up an enhanced passenger information system to reduce the inconvenience for our passengers (toll-free information hotline, posters, media reports, and traffic alerts).
