14. Médiation

En cas de litige lié à une réclamation client, après réponse du service clientèle de la RATP dont vous ne seriez pas satisfait ou en l’absence de réponse du service clientèle dans un délai d’un mois à compter de votre réclamation écrite, vous pouvez saisir par écrit le Médiateur de la RATP, dans un délai d’un an à compter de votre réclamation écrite auprès de la RATP, ou dans le cas particulier des infractions, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la date de l’infraction, sur le site Internet mediateur.ratp.fr ou à l’adresse suivante :
