There are 24 Twitter accounts for RATP lines, one for each metro, RER and tramway line, which are active every day during our hours of operation. These Twitter accounts are intended to accompany our passengers as they ride on our networks. We answer your questions 5 days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. A dedicated Customer Service Twitter account is also at your service 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., to answer all your questions (complaints, lost & found, etc.).

@RATPrecrute is the dedicated Twitter account of the employer brand. It is designed to help candidates with their job searches at RATP.
