Station staff members are at your service in our stations every day of the week from the start to the end of service.

They have been trained to accommodate and advise you when you require assistance.

Their tablet is equipped with an instant translation tool that allows you to converse in different ways in 17 languages : transcription from oral to written, vocalization from written to oral, translation from written to writing.

A practical guide catering to your specific difficulties is available. It explains how to use various transport modes (metro symbole,rer symbole ,busratp ligne symbole, tram symbole ) and also indicates the services and facilities that will make your journey more comfortable.
