The HR team will ask you to take aptitude tests and a personality inventory. The results will be used to evaluate your application in relation to the selected position. The team will present the company and the selected position.
A recruitment manager will meet with you to evaluate your aptitude, professional qualities, personality and motivation for joining the RATP group and the selected position.
