Recommendations for improvement

In accordance with article R.614-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Mediator publishes the most common questions encountered in the disputes she handles, along with her recommendations for avoiding such issues.

In light of the situations experienced by customers and brought to the Mediator’s attention, and as part of her analysis of mediation cases, the RATP Group Mediator identifies potential improvements. Each year the Mediator formulates several recommendations that are addressed to the company, in order to help improve the quality of passenger services.
The Mediator’s annual report describes the recommendations identified for the past year.
