In accordance with article R. 614-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Mediation officer reports on the issues most frequently encountered in the disputes submitted to her and her recommendations for avoiding them.
The RATP Mediation officer identifies possible improvements in the situations experienced by customers that are brought to her attention in the course of her analysis of mediation cases. Each year, she makes a number of recommendations to the Company aimed at improving the quality of service provided to its customers.
The recommendations are thoroughly investigated in order to explore the difficulties reported by the requesting parties and to seek more comprehensive solutions that can be proposed to the company in order to help improve the quality of the service provided to the public.
