Summary
30 minutes—that’s the daily amount of physical activity recommended by the World Health Organization.
With this in mind, RATP offers eight running routes connecting metro stations or RER stations—a perfect way to combine fitness with exploration!

Routes to Get Moving
As part of the "Tous les jours, tous en forme" program launched by RATP in 2023, eight running and urban hiking routes were created in collaboration with Gautier Simounet. A former high-level athlete and manager on the RER A line, he guided participants along these routes, connecting metro stations and RER stations across the Île-de-France Mobilités network operated by RATP.
