This year, the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon will bring together nearly 60,000 runners on April 12, 2026, for the start of France’s largest race.
As part of the “Tous Athlètes de la Ville” initiative, RATP is proud to have 450 employees who will take their place at the starting line on race day, proudly wearing the company’s colors.
The #Ligne42km
As an official partner and transport provider of the Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris, RATP rolls out each year the fictional metro line known as #Ligne42km, designed to help everyone cheer on the runners up close.
By gathering on a dedicated map all the metro and RER stations along the marathon route, this fictional line highlights key locations where spectators can support the marathoners — while taking into account each runner’s individual pace.
