RATP unveils Secrets of the Opera, a new visual and sound installation created by Itsok, the agency behind "Bastille au fil de l’eau" project at Bastille station.
Nearly 1,000 silhouettes, inspired by the many professions of the Paris Opera, now adorn the station’s walls. With humor and poetry, they bring your journey to life through the corridors and staircases.

This visual journey is accompanied by a sound experience that immerses you in the backstage world of the Opera, accessible via a QR code.
This original composition, created by Victor Nebbiolo Di Castri and Valeria Zane, is brought to life by the voice of soprano Giulia Semenzato and enriched with ambient recordings capturing the many professions behind the scenes. Listen to musicians tuning their instruments, costume designers making adjustments, conductors flipping through their scores, ushers welcoming the audience, as well as stagehands, hairstylists, lighting technicians, set builders, and makeup artists preparing for a performance.
