Locating a tram stop

Confirm the direction (terminus) of your tram, and the name of the tram stop you wish to reach.
Please note that some tram stops are located in the middle of wide avenues, and can be reached only when the light at the pedestrian crossing is green.

A line map is displayed at each tram stop. A screen indicates the destination and the time to wait for upcoming trams.

You can also find tram lines maps and trafic info on our dedicated pages:

Validate your ticket when you get on the tram.

When the tram arrives at the platform, enter through the double doors. The single doors on the first and last carriages are reserved for alighting passengers.

In general, tram doors open and close automatically. If this is not the case, press the green button to open them.

When getting on the tram, you must always validate your ticket on the reader, or insert it into the reader slot if you are using a paper ticket.

Track the progress of your journey on board the tram.

You can locate and identify your stop by referring to the screens and maps displayed throughout the tram.
