Locating a bus stop

Bus stops can be located from far away by following their signposts. Identify your route by its colour code and number.

Confirm the direction (terminus) of your bus, and the name of the bus stop you wish to reach.

The time you need to wait for the following bus is indicated in minutes.

If several bus routes serve the bus stop where you are waiting, flag down your bus when it approaches.

Validate your ticket when you board the bus

Board buses from the front door.

When getting on the bus, you must always validate your ticket on the reader, or insert it into the reader slot if you are using a paper ticket

Keep your ticket for the entire journey, as inspectors may sometimes board buses to check tickets.

Track the progress of your journey to know when you will arrive at your destination

You can locate and identify your stop on board buses by referring to the route map, or by looking at the screen installed in the middle of the vehicle.

Before reaching your destination, press the red or blue button to inform the driver that you wish to get off the bus at the next stop. Passengers are required to alight from the door in the middle of the bus.

After 10:00 p.m., you can ask the driver to allow you to alight between designated bus stops. The driver will then suggest the safest place for you to alight. Please note that when passengers request such stops, they are required to alight from the bus using the front door.
