How does it work?
With the Navigo monthly travel card, you can enjoy unlimited travel in the zones you have selected. You can use all public transport modes in the Île-de-France region: metro, RER, bus, tram, C1 cable and train (except Orlyval).
The Navigo monthly travel card is valid from 12:00 a.m. on the first of the month until 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month.
It can be loaded onto your personal Navigo travel card, the Navigo Découverte travel card, and on phones.
- "All zones" or "two zones" travel card?
- With the “all zones” travel card, you have access to all zones, every day
- With the “two zone” travel card (Navigo Mensuel 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 travel cards), you can access the zones you have selected.
You can also enjoy free and unlimited travel in all zones:- During weekends (from 12:00 a.m. on Saturday until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday)
- On public holidays from 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.
- During the half-term holidays in zone C (All Saints, Christmas, winter and spring) from 12:00 a.m. on the day after classes end until 11:59 p.m. on the day before classes resume as defined by the French Ministry of Education
- In summer from 12:00 a.m. on 15 July until 11:59 p.m. on 15 August
- Airport travel
If your monthly Navigo travel pass includes:
- Zone 4 or 5, you will be able to access Orly Airport by metro line 14.
- Zone 5, you will be able to access Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport by RER line B.

Navigo monthly travel cards can be purchased from the 20th of the previous month until the 19th of the month of validity.
- Who is eligible for a reduced fare?
- Beneficiaries of state medical aid (Aide Médicale d’État, AME) residing in the Île-de-France region
- Beneficiaries of the supplementary healthcare scheme (Complémentaire Santé Solidaire, CSS) who do not receive financial aid, and job seekers who are entitled to specific concessionary allowances.
