As part of track renewal works, line METROmetro ligne 7Bwill be completely closed from Saturday, May 25th to Sunday, May 26th, 2024, inclusive.

A substitute bus will serve the stations affected by the closure, between Louis Blanc and Pré-Saint-Gervais. It will operate at the usual metro schedule, with service every 6 to 10 minutes during peak hours, and every 8 to 15 minutes during off-peak hours.

All connecting lines remain open. Our station agents are at your service to provide information and assist you in planning your alternate routes.

The works in question

Why do we need to replace the track components?

Track components are all the elements that support the train. They consist of fixed elements (ballasts and sleepers) and movable elements (switches, which allow the train to diverge). These parts are custom-made according to the geometry of the network. Their good condition allows for great flexibility in train movements. Therefore, they are regularly replaced to support trains and ensure smooth divergences without disrupting the comfort and safety of passengers.

How does the replacement bus work?

The replacement bus will serve the stations between Louis Blanc and Pré-Saint-Gervais. For logistical reasons, the departure of the replacement bus towards Pré-Saint-Gervais will be located at 3 Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad. The terminus will be at 11 Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad. The bus stops are located as close as possible to the metro entrances, depending on the road layout.

When will the service on line METROmetro ligne 7Breturn to normal?

The line will resume normal service between Louis Blanc and Pré-Saint-Gervais from Monday, May 27th, 2024, at 5:30 a.m.
