First install it
Open your app and follow the instructions. The compatibility of your phone will be checked at the time of installation, which only takes a few seconds.
Buy your travel ticket
Once you have installed the service, you can buy your tickets using your phone and, if you wish, load the tickets you have purchased:
- On your Navigo travel card (by holding it against the back of your phone)
- Or on your phone (if it is compatible)
