Buy your t+ tickets and monthly and weekly Navigo travel passes from your phone, anytime, anywhere!

The choice is yours:

  • If you want to travel with a Navigo travel card without having to go to the ticket machine, that’s also possible. You load a ticket onto your pass by holding it against the back of your phone. Handy, isn’t it?
  • If you want to travel using your phone, this is now possible. You buy your ticket and validate it using your phone! Easy, isn’t it?

First install it
Open your app and follow the instructions. The compatibility of your phone will be checked at the time of installation, which only takes a few seconds.

Buy your travel ticket
Once you have installed the service, you can buy your tickets using your phone and, if you wish, load the tickets you have purchased:

  • On your Navigo travel card (by holding it against the back of your phone)
  • Or on your phone (if it is compatible)

It’s very easy to top up a Navigo travel card. Here is a video demonstration:

It’s all done in 1 minute and you just need to validate your Navigo travel card to travel!

There is no extra charge for buying tickets from your phone. 

You only pay for the travel tickets you actually purchase.

Tickets available from the apps depend on the travel pass chosen:

(*) If you buy a monthly/weekly Navigo travel pass loaded on your phone, you need to create an IDFM Connect account.
