How do I get to the Palace of Versailles?

The Palace of Versailles is not directly connected to the metro network. However, you can take metro line 9 to Pont de Sèvres station then take bus route 171 straight to the Palace entrance.

The easiest way to get to the Palace of Versailles is to take RER line C to Versailles Château - Rive Gauche. The stations is a short walk away from the Palace, making for a direct and convenient link.

If you prefer to take the bus, bus route 171 goes directly from the Palace of Versailles from the Pont de Sèvres metro station (metro line 9).

The Palace of Versailles is not directly connected to the tram network. You can reach the Palace using a network of connections, but we recommend that you use the other modes of transportation listed above.
